Apply Sunny Spritz SPF 60 Body Mist liberally and evenly 20 minutes before sun exposure, and re-apply every 2 hours or more often when sweating, swimming or towel drying. 

Is Sunny suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes! Sunny is a dermatologist approved sunscreen and has been formulated with your skin in mind to be gentle and safe to use on sensitive skin. However, if you’re ever unsure if you can use a product, it’s best to consult with your doctor or dermatologist.

Is Sunny Spritz SPF 60 Body Mist water resistant?

Our Sunny Spritz SPF 60 Body Mist provides up to 80 minutes water resistant protection. We recommend re-applying at least every two hours, or more often after swimming, sweating, exercising or towel drying.

Yes! We strongly encourage wearing SPF daily because even during cooler months or on cloudy days, UV rays can still reach your skin. What does SPF 60 mean?

SPF or ‘sun protection factor’ is a rating that refers to a theoretical amount of time you can stay in the sun and be protected without getting burnt, compared to unprotected skin. For example, all Sunny products are SPF 60 which allow you to stay in the sun with less risk of sunburn for sixty times longer than you would if you weren’t wearing sunscreen. Direct sun exposure can change the texture and elasticity in your skin, which can cause the appearance of premature aging like wrinkles.

What is broad spectrum sunscreen?

Broad spectrum protection SPF like Sunny refers to sunscreen that will protect your skin from both UVA and UVB rays. UVA rays are those that reach the middle layer of the skin (the dermis) and can cause skin to age, while UVB rays are linked to the burning of the outer layer of the skin (the epidermis).

What are UVA and UVB rays?

Ultraviolet A (UVA) is light that is around all day, year-round. Even when it’s cloudy, UVA can penetrate the middle layer of the skin (the dermis) which plays a major part in skin aging and wrinkles. It can even penetrate through glass windows! Ultraviolet B (UVB) is light that is more prevalent in sunny climates and conditions, and UVB has been associated with burning of the outer layer of skin (the epidermis) that can cause skin to burn and turn red. UVB has been strongly linked to some cancers. While exposure to UV rays can help to achieve your daily dose of Vitamin D, it’s very important to wear sunscreen like Sunny every day to protect yourself from sun damage.
