Holiday Shipping Cutoffs

To receive your items by December 24th, please place your order by 11:59pm EST, December 17th with Standard Shipping or 11:59pm EST, December 18th with Express Shipping. Any orders placed after these dates may arrive on time but cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Timelines

All orders received will be dispatched the next working day (depending on stock availability and/or order confirmation). Orders are processed and shipped on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). During promotional periods please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Bondi Sands will not be held responsible for refunding items lost, damaged or stolen during transit.

USA Delivery

Retail Orders

Standard Delivery (UPS, 3-5 Business Days) is FREE for all orders over $50, otherwise a flat rate of $5 applies.
Express Delivery (UPS, 1-3 Business Days) is also available - flat rate of $20 applies.

Professional Orders

Standard Delivery (UPS, 3-5 Business Days) is FREE for all orders over $250, otherwise, a flat rate of $15 applies.

Please Note

Aerosols cannot be shipped to the following regions: Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands

Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Orders destined for U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date and may not be eligible for express service. Delivery for some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days and may not be eligible for express service.

Please note there may be the occasional customs or courier delay which could affect the delivery timeframe.

All orders are sent via courier and are fully trackable; It is suggested that you provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9 – 5PM. Otherwise, your parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office/depot for collection. All orders are dispatched by the next business day and delivered within 7 business days. Delivery during peak periods such as Public Holidays, Christmas and promotional periods can experience longer delivery times.

In the event of a dispute between Bondi Sands and its customer about an order made on the bondisands.com website, the data registered by Bondi Sands will be conclusive proof of the details of the transaction. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order please contact info@bondisands.com

Why are you no longer shipping to Canada, Mexico and South America?

At present, we only offer shipping within the United States, but we aim to expand to other countries in the future. We deeply appreciate the support from our customers in Canada, Mexico and South America. However, shipping to these regions has posed challenges, and we are committed to improving this. Our team is currently making adjustments to our website and reworking some internal processes to enhance the delivery experience for all our customers.
