1. Our Money-Back Guarantee is valid for orders placed on www.bondisands.com
2. Application forms:
1. Form must be fully completed on our website;
2. Will not be processed, returned or acknowledged if incomplete or incorrect;
3. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping or handling fees incurred to return the product. We'd advised selecting a tracked service to avoid your return getting lost.
3. Bondi Sands product:
1. We will accept returns that contain at least 50% of their product and in their original packaging.
2. We cannot accept partial returns for items that were purchased as part of a set or bundle.
3. Will only be valid for use across all items, excludes the following products: Reusable Ceramic Cup, Reusable Bottle, Bondi Babe Self Tanning PJ’s, Tee and Robe, Self Tan Drying Powder, Self Tanning Sheet & Pillow Protector, Bondi Babe Self Tanning Tee, Self Tanning Robe, Self Tanning Pillow Protector & Gift Cards.

4. One refund of one product only per family at any one address.
5. Application for refund must be postmarked no more than 45 days after purchase.
6. Refund Payments will be made:
1. for the amount on the original purchase receipt or RRP, whichever is less;
2. by refund to Paypal account in same name as showing on order confirmation or receipt
3. no checks or other forms of refund will be used within 60 days of receipt of the application form and unused product postage costs will not be refunded. Bondi Sands reserves the right to reject any application it deems inappropriate or an abuse of the offer, or the subject of fraud.
